Our grant program exists to support mission-aligned nonprofit organizations serving veterans, first responders, and their families. Please complete the following application in full and provide all requested documentation to assist our review process.

Submission of an application does not guarantee funding. Uncommon Grit Foundation reserves the right to approve or deny any request, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
